1What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Email support@reviveamino.com with your order number, a clear photo of the damage, and a brief description. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement.
2What if my order was shipped to the wrong address by mistake?
We can only reship your package if it’s returned to the sender. We recommend contacting your local post office to request a reroute or setting up mail forwarding for the address you entered at USPS.com.
3Can I test your peptides with my own third-party lab?
Yes, and we’ll gladly replace any peptides used during testing. We fully support independent verification. If you choose to have our products tested by a third-party lab, we’ll replace anything used in the process. Just send us the test results along with your order number, and we’ll promptly ship replacements at no cost. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our willingness to support independent blind testing by our customers.
4What if my order arrives missing items or includes the wrong products?
Reach out to us, and we’ll promptly send the correct items at no cost.
5Do you issue refunds?
Refunds are reviewed case-by-case by our customer service team. Please include the following when requesting a refund: – Your order number – A description of the issue (with photos)
6Do you accept returns
Because of the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns. However, we’ll quickly address and resolve any issues with your order.
7How long does shipping take?
We understand how crucial fast delivery is in research environments, so we’ve optimized our order processing system. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, and expedited shipping usually arrives in 1–2 business days. While these timelines are standard, they aren’t guaranteed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with full delivery and tracking details so you can monitor your order every step of the way.
8When will my order ship?
Order placed before 4 PM PST ship the same day (Monday-Friday), 1 PM PST Saturdays, and orders placed on Sunday will be shipped out first thing Monday morning. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.
9How long does shipping take?
We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate different delivery needs. Priority Shipping typically delivers within 2–5 business days, while Express Shipping typically delivers within 1–5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier. Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or transit issues outside of our control.
